Victoria Zamago is a San Antonio native with a passion for supporting students and professionals in the education sector in the area of literacy.   Her experience includes continuously working in the field alongside educators and students at various schools/districts,  in addition to assisting in professional learning sessions (onsite and online)  throughout the state and at national conferences in her prior role as an Assistant Lead Literacy Facilitator with Trinity Elite Education & Co.

 

She is also an active participant and contributor to Trinity Elite Education & Co.’s Book Club/Professional Study cohort supporting the vision of providing a professional, collaborative, and collective platform for educators and leaders inclusive of diversity, leadership, and establishing positive learning experiences around literacy.

 

Victoria’s educational background includes degrees in both the Arts in Teaching and Interdisciplinary Studies, while currently pursuing a Masters of Art in Reading and Literacy from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

 

Her recognitions include being an active member of both the National Society of Leadership and Success and Sigma Alpha Pi, enlistment to the President’s List for her academic accomplishments, and graduating with the highest of honors - Summa Cum Laude.

 

Her professional interests include curriculum and instruction, children’s literature, digital literacy, and researched-based literacy strategies in support of literacy development.
